Video games are also known to help decrease the level of stress that you feel almost every single day. It is believe that Tetris can actually help cure post traumatic stress.
Another good thing about video games is that it helps the children develop their confidence. This is also a perfect tool to teach your kid the true meaning of pros and cons in every decision that they make. However, you should first teach them the essence of discipline and moderation to make sure that they do not go overboard when it comes to playing video games.
