Neeru was contemplated the most successful Punjabi actress of all time. She began her profession in 1998 with Dev Anand’s Bollywood movie Main Solah Baras Ki and began working in Indian daily soap operas in 2003 with Hari Mirchi Lal Mirchi on DD1. Once she also emerged in the tv series CID. Other than acting in films and serials she is also a director. She made her directing debut with the Punjabi film Sargi.
