Career and Education of Shamita Shetty
Shamita Shetty Career: She made her film debut in 2002 with the film Mohabbatein from Yash Raj Films under the direction of filmmaker Aditya Chopra. In this film, she played the character of Ishika Dhanrajgir. She has danced to superhit songs in many films in her early career. After starting her career she got a chance to work with her sister Shilpa Shetty in the film Fareb.
Apart from her film career she also wanted to pursue her other dreams i.e Interior Designer. She won the title of Best Interior Designer at the Royalty Club of Mumbai, Chandigarh Iosis Spa. She not only kept her passion in this country but also took it out of the country. For that purpose, she runs a company called “Golden Leaves Interior”.

Ishika’s marvelous acting earned her the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year 2002 in her early days. Then she was nominated once again in 2006 for the Star of the Year for the Female Stardust Award.

After entertaining the audience in the OTT version of Bigg Boss, Shamita Shetty entered the Bigg Boss 15 house 3rd October 2021. Before joining the show, the actress Shamita Shetty spoke exclusively to ETimes TV and talked about how this show is like coming out of her comfort zone for her.
Shamita also opened up how people had a particular perception of her for a long time, which was unpleasant. She further said they judged her for her background and because she was Shilpa Shetty’s sister.
Shamita also spoke about her special bond with Raqesh Bapat and stated that they are currently exploring each other, and it is too early to involve families.

When Shamita came out and saw the amount of love she was getting, she was overwhelmed. The amount of love she received in these six weeks of her stay in Bigg Boss OTT is more than the number of films she has done in her career.
Her family also loved the way she conducted herself. They all told her to do the show.
Shamita never plans things and goes with the flow. She was not one of those who think or strategies, will honestly go with the flow and continue to be the same person you saw. She is a very emotional and sensitive person and can’t go away too far with the person she is. But she has got some feedback from her family, and let’s see if she managed to work on them.
Relationship with Raqesh Bapat
She said on the show as well that they want to get to know each other outside. Unfortunately, they haven’t got much time to spend with each other after coming out. Raqesh Bapat went straight to Pune to meet his family, and she was spending time with her family. They didn’t get that much time together. Now, she is going to Bigg Boss 15, so everything has to be on hold until she comes back. Then they will see where to take their relationship. It is too soon to say anything about it.
