Lavleen completed her primary education at Saint Soldier International School, Chandigarh. After that, she completed her graduation from Government Home Science College, Chandigarh.
She holds several degrees which include M.Sc. foods and Nutrition, M.Ed., Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Family Welfare, B.Sc. Home Science and UGC NET and CTET.
She is the founder of Diet Clinic. She started the clinic to raise awareness and insight about healthy eating habits.
Lavleen gives consultation to many people that are dealing with obesity diabetes, thyroid, and lifestyle disorders.
She does not believe in a strict diet regiment, she tries people to use food as a medicine with a holistic approach.
